Children ages 3-12, and their families, are invited to come experience Christmas at OCCCDA’s family literacy event! Sat, Dec 20, 11am-1pm, at the Entrance B lobby of OCCCDA, 900 E Howell St, Philadelphia, PA 19149.
What to expect: Open house starting at 11am with tabletop craft activities designed to practice literacy skills with your child, followed by a visit from Santa & his Elf, and gifts for children. (Children must be present.)
Bilingual staff in Mandarin, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, will be there to assist. Parents must stay with children at all times.
Sign in promptly at the registration table — first come, first served — gifts will be reserved in the order families arrive and sign in.
Please RSVP by Mon, Dec 15, to help us know how many gifts to prepare!
CLA (Community Literacy Activities) events are designed for young families (parents with kids ages 3-12) in the Oxford Circle community to practice their literacy skills through fun, creative activities.
All languages are welcome! We have staff speaking English, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Spanish, Mandarin, and more!
